Emily received her BFA in Musical Theatre from the Chicago College of Performing Arts. Later on, she completed an advanced training degree from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NYC. She has performed, directed, and choreographed in over forty national and regional productions across North America. Emily was the head Choreographer and Director of the BPAC Dance Company in Ohio, an acclaimed studio which witnessed over fifty 1st place finishes in dance competitions.
In addition to performing in a full-scale production for a US President, Emily produced, directed, and choreographed the high school production of "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown" which was selected as 1 of 3 shows to perform at the state-wide Thespian Conference in Ohio.
Emily loves working with kids and helping to inspire and continue a passion for the arts. On a typical day, she can be found singing on the worship team, studying Revelation, riding bikes with the kiddos, and sipping lattes with her hubby (not all at the same time!).

After 15+ years in corporate leadership, training, coaching, and project management at a Fortune 500 company, she felt called to follow her faith-driven passion—helping families and communities grow in health, knowledge, and purpose. Tiffany then completed her Nutrition studies at the National University of Natural Medicine with a focus on Food as Medicine.
As a home educator to her daughter and a regular volunteer at community gardens across Tampa Bay, Tiffany has seen firsthand the power of learning through nature and connection. Now, she is excited to bring that same passion into her gardening classes for homeschoolers at WAVE. With a warm, hands-on approach, Tiffany helps children explore where food comes from, how it grows, and the joy of caring for the earth. A graduate of the University of Washington with a BA in Music, Kathy has spent over two decades teaching a variety of instruments, including saxophone, clarinet, guitar, and ukulele. In addition to her musical expertise, she holds a Brown Belt in the American Karate Escrima Association and has been practicing martial arts for 9 years. Kathy’s passion for homeschooling and the arts has led her to develop and teach multiple photography classes, blending her creative talents with her love for educating others.

For the past four years, she has been an active member of her church's dance team, performing throughout Florida and showcasing a diverse repertoire that includes worship, ballet, hip hop, and lyrical dance. She was a member of the elite competition and travel team at 5th Dimension Dance Center, earning national recognition for both her performance and artistry. Sophia is currently attending the University of South Florida in Tampa where she will continue choreographing while furthering her academic and artistic pursuits.
Sophia has been honored with several prestigious titles, including True Performer at Intrigue Dance Convention, Heat Assistant for Heat Dance Convention, and both Protegé and VIP Finalist distinctions at Radix and Jump Dance Conventions.
In addition to her accolades, Sophia has consistently placed in the top three at national improvisation competitions including In10sity, Streetz, and Intrigue, and was the winner of the Intrigue Choreography Competition. She graduated Blake High School’s dance program, where she was ABT-certified and served as Vice President of the National Dance Honor Society. There, she refined her skills in ballet, modern, and choreography. Sophia is excited to teach the next generation at this WAVE homeschool community.

Originally from New York City, Dave's early passions centered on flying and building businesses. His educational background includes a B.S. in Aviation Science from Farmingdale State University in New York and advanced flight instructor certifications (MEI-CFI) from ATP Flight School in Jacksonville, Florida. By God’s grace, Dave started and sold three ventures between high school and college—the last at age 24—which opened the door to pursue a lifelong dream of becoming an airline pilot.
For 15 years, he flew with Continental Airlines, traveling the world and gaining invaluable life experience. All through his aviation career, however, he continued on the path of entrepreneurship and leadership. Along with wife Emily, they launched a performing arts studio, which grew to include a nationally recognized dance company. After early retirement from the airlines, Dave became a self-taught equities trader—work he still does today from home.
Though his career has taken him across the globe, nothing compares to the joy of pouring into the next generation right here in Tampa. "We are incredibly blessed to call this community home and to walk this journey of faith, learning, and leadership with you."
