Our goal is to simplify the communications process. Some of the most common questions and concerns are listed below. Our Support Team understands that every issue may not be addressed on a webpage. Feel free to message us with any additional questions.
Simply click join WAVE and create your family account. Fill out the requested info for yourself and your children. Once submitted, your personal portal has been created, and you will receive an email confirmation with simple instructions. From your personal account, you can register for any of the classes we offer based on your child's age.
Yes. WAVE is an approved Direct Provider for families in the Step Up For Students scholarship program. After you create an account for your family, we'll send you an email with simple and straightforward instructions on how to register for classes and pay tuition or fees directly from your SUFS account.
This direct payment method completely bypasses the reimbursement process, no longer requiring families to accrue receipts or wait for approvals.
While we recommend the simple direct payment method for SUFS / FES-UA / PEP families, you may still opt to pay for tuition or fees with a credit card and seek reimbursement from the SUFS program. From your WAVE personal account, you can download a Statement (paid invoice) with all the required info to submit for reimbursement as per the SUFS policies. Note however that we cannot guarantee you will be reimbursed per the SUFS program. For reimbursement submission, go to the SUFS website and from "Category" select the "Home Education Instructional Program."

If your child takes back-to-back classes, our staff will make sure they get to the right class. As a reminder for children with multiple classes, we recommend bringing a water bottle and a snack if needed. There is a 10-minute break between all classes.
When you originally registered your child, you were able to add any special notes for them. If you haven't done that and need to, simply login to your WAVE parent portal and select the child's name to add that info at any time. With that complete, we have a live software system with these notes on hand and are able to reference them any time. Should you need to further explain any special notes, please use our Contact form and let us know.
We will call and text the parent whose name is on file from the registration form. If we cannot reach you by that first step within a reasonable time and the situation necessitates, we will call and text the Emergency Contact that you listed on your registration form.
Once a plan for inclement weather is determined, you will receive an emailed update. Prior to a decision, you can visit our Facebook page to check out any input and immediate thoughts on the current weather situation.
