Wave of Tampa Bay ("WAVE," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of the families, students, and staff who use our programs. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding it.
Information We Collect
When a family registers for a class or program, we may collect: student name, date of birth, and class enrollment information; parent/guardian name, phone number, email address, and mailing address; and payment or scholarship-remittance status related to tuition, including information related to Florida's Step Up For Students (SUFS) program.
How We Use This Information
We use this information to register and manage class enrollment, to communicate with parents/guardians about class schedules, tuition, and SUFS remittance deadlines, and to operate our programs day to day. With your consent, this includes sending text messages to the phone number on file for account, billing, and enrollment-related communications. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate our programs (such as our class-registration and communications platforms) solely to provide those services on our behalf, and with the State of Florida / Step Up For Students as required to administer scholarship funding.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information in our care. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Information
Our programs serve school-age students. All registration and account information is provided and managed by a parent or legal guardian, not directly by the child.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
